It's Friday. Spring has finally come to Maryland. I'm off to an Italian restaurant for an office birthday lunch. It's a good day.

I am astounded. But, since you posted this on your lunchbreak, and I posted mine at 10:00 . . . stop copying me man. Or better yet, jinx. You owe me a coke. Also astounding is the fact that I haven't posted anything months.

Yay for fellow XKCD lovers! Finding one is like discovering that you share a really good mutual friend and your social ties become even more closely bound together.

@Rich : it was actually BEFORE lunch time, as I was going out of the office for lunch. I don't know if I was quite before 10am, but it was close. A quick gmail search reveals that my first xkcd exposure was 7/29/07 (when I excitedly emailed Lara about 3 dozen comics). Does your nerdulance beat that?

@Faye: Whoa. First Rich, now you. Telepathetic yet again (and again, slightly behind). I just clicked on your blog link and--no lie--I've been listening to that Snow Patrol song today, over and over. It was one of my faves a year ago, but for some reason I hadn't heard in awhile.
